PhD candidate

Mark is a PhD candidate funded by Oncode. His research topics are the following:

• identify the mechanisms that underpin vulnerabilities of mesenchymal-subtype GI cancers. The working model for this is pancreatic cancer.
• identify mode of action of novel therapeutics against GI cancers with a strong focus on cellular metabolism and mitochondria.
