Etienne is jointly supervised by Maarten Bijlsma and Arnold Spek. His research aims to develop targeted delivery methods for chemotherapeutics. This will hopefully increase effective delivery to the tumor cells, and decrease the required systemic doses of currently available therapies and the associated side effects.
